The Daily Pact

Community Guidelines

Last updated: September 24, 2026
The Daily Pact works because people can tell the truth about what they did, what they missed, and how they are returning. These guidelines exist to keep the environment honest, supportive, and focused on behavioral follow-through.

1. Respect and Mutual Dignity

We treat every member with adult respect. Challenge ideas and celebrate small wins without attacking character. We do not tolerate harassment, threats, humiliation, discrimination, dogpiling, or shaming of any kind.

2. What Is Shared Here Stays Here

Trust is the foundation of honest accountability. Do not screenshot, record, copy, forward, quote, or retell another member’s post, personal story, goal, miss, photograph, or private information outside The Daily Pact community without that member’s explicit written permission.

3. Own the Honest Miss

Perfectionism has no place here. In The Daily Pact, misses are part of your permanent record, and coming back without shame is how real resilience is built. Do not fake check-ins, fabricate completion, or pressure other members into pretending to be perfect. The win is in honest accounting and fast return.

4. No Unsolicited Pitching, Selling, or Recruiting

Our community is a sanctuary for personal follow-through, not a sales lead pipeline. Do not use member channels, discussion feeds, or direct messaging to pitch services, recruit clients, sell external products, build mailing lists, or solicit business from other members.

5. Do Not Treat the Community as Medical or Clinical Care

Members are encouraged to share their journeys and cheer each other on, but do not give medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or licensed financial advice. Do not attempt to diagnose or treat fellow members.

Crisis Notice: The Daily Pact is not therapy and is not equipped for crisis response. If a member appears to be in immediate distress or danger, encourage them to contact emergency services immediately (in the U.S., call or text 988).

6. Keep Content Constructive and Safe

Do not post sexually explicit material, graphic self-harm content, hate speech, illegal activities, or material that creates a hostile atmosphere. Members may discuss sensitive personal challenges (such as screen time, compulsive habits, or difficult routines) in a dignified, non-graphic, accountability-focused manner.

7. Protect Member Access and Intellectual Property

Your membership is personal to you. Do not share your login credentials, pirate course frameworks, download and redistribute recorded masterclasses, or repost member-only materials outside the platform.

8. Recorded Wednesday Masterclasses and Trainings

Weekly live trainings and masterclasses (including Wednesday sessions with Jake) are recorded and archived in the member vault for on-demand replay. By participating in a live session, you acknowledge that recording is underway. If you do not wish to be included in replay footage, keep your camera and microphone off and submit questions using the text chat.

9. Moderation and Enforcement

Our moderation team reserves the right to remove non-compliant content, restrict account features, or suspend membership to maintain a safe, high-trust environment. Serious violations—including harassment, unauthorized screenshot sharing, credential theft, or intellectual property piracy—will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

10. Contact Moderation

If you see a post or interaction that violates these guidelines, or if you need assistance from our team, please email us directly at [email protected]. We reply to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours.
