Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Pure Wellness Counseling LLC, operating The Daily Pact (“The Daily Pact,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information in connection with The Daily Pact.
1. Important Non-Clinical Privacy Notice
Because Pure Wellness Counseling LLC also operates clinical mental health services outside The Daily Pact, distinct clinical privacy obligations and laws (including HIPAA where applicable) govern information collected in those separate clinical practices. This Privacy Policy governs information collected through The Daily Pact platform and does not replace any separate informed-consent documents, HIPAA notices, or clinical policies governing private counseling services.
2. Information We Collect
- Account and Contact Information: Name, email address, username, profile photograph, and login credentials.
- Billing and Subscription Information: Selected subscription plan (monthly with 14-day trial or annual), transaction IDs, payment history, and renewal dates. All credit and debit card payments are processed directly by our secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe); we do not store full credit card numbers or CVVs on our servers.
- Community Content and Activity: Pacts, target goals, daily accountability check-ins, return reflections, forum posts, comments, questions, and reactions you voluntarily share.
- Masterclass & Training Participation Data: Voice, video appearance, screen shares, display name, and chat messages when you participate in live recorded sessions.
- Technical and Device Data: IP address, device type, browser specifications, operating system, approximate geographic location, referral source, login timestamps, and usage analytics.
- Direct Communications: Information provided when contacting our support desk or participating in surveys.
3. Sensitive Information You Choose to Share
We do not require or ask you to provide medical records, psychological diagnoses, health histories, or therapy notes to participate in The Daily Pact. However, members frequently work on personal habits that touch on health, sleep, focus, or stress. If you choose to share personal experiences in member forums, please be aware that other active members will see them.
While our community is private and accessible only to active members, it is not a confidential clinical medical record. Avoid posting sensitive personal details that you wish to keep entirely confidential.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To create, manage, and verify your account and membership access;
- To process subscription payments, free trials, renewals, and refunds;
- To deliver daily prompts, software features, community interaction, and weekly live masterclasses;
- To provide member support and answer questions (within our 24–48 hour response standard);
- To communicate important account notices, billing receipts, security updates, and policy changes;
- To detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized credential sharing, fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service;
- To satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
5. Email and Communications
We send essential transactional and account emails (such as trial notifications, payment receipts, password resets, and access links). You cannot opt out of critical transactional notices while maintaining an active account.
We may occasionally send educational emails or announcements regarding new Daily Pact masterclasses, workshops, or advanced programs. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing message.
6. SMS Notice
The Daily Pact does not currently send automated SMS or text message notifications. If text notifications are introduced in the future, we will collect explicit, opt-in consent prior to sending messages in accordance with applicable laws.
7. Service Providers and Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data or provide your contact information to third-party data brokers or ad networks. We share information only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Secure payment processing, recurring subscription billing, and customer billing portal. |
| HighLevel | CRM management, transactional email delivery, workflow automation, and member records. |
| GoKollab | Community forum hosting, member feeds, discussions, and live room interactions. |
| Cloud Hosting & Storage | Secure database management, app server hosting, and file storage. |
We may also disclose information if required by a valid subpoena, law enforcement request, court order, or when necessary to protect the physical safety, legal rights, or property of our members, staff, or the public.
8. Community Visibility and Historical Content
Content you share within The Daily Pact community (such as comments, questions, or shared daily Pacts) is visible to other members. If you cancel your membership, your access ends, but historical discussion posts and replies may remain visible so existing community conversations maintain logical context. If you wish to request the removal of a specific post containing personal information, contact us at [email protected].
9. Recorded Masterclasses and Workshops
Weekly Wednesday live masterclasses and special trainings are recorded and stored in the member vault for on-demand replay. If you speak or turn your camera on, your likeness and voice may be captured in the replay. If you do not wish to be recorded, please keep your microphone and camera turned off and submit any questions in the chat.
10. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as reasonably needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with accounting and tax regulations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
11. Data Security
We implement standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% immune from compromise, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. International Data Transfers
The Daily Pact is based in and operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our cloud service providers maintain servers. By using the service, you consent to this transfer.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and certain U.S. states such as California, Colorado, and Virginia), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to certain processing activities.
To exercise any applicable privacy rights, please email us at [email protected]. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe mandated by applicable law.
14. Children’s Privacy
The Daily Pact is designed exclusively for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we discover that a minor has registered an account, we will immediately terminate the account and delete their personal data.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect modifications in our practices, technology, or legal obligations. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy and notify active members of material revisions as required by law.
